Bode is a private, low-volume personal AI assistant operated by Jason Grebe (XAOS1000). This page publishes the messaging number, opt-in method, and required disclosures for Bode's SMS program.
Bode's SMS program is primarily two-way conversational messaging between the account owner and a small, known set of trusted contacts (family members) whom the account owner has personally authorized to text Bode. Messages include conversational replies, reminders, requested status updates, and confirmations. Occasional assistant-generated informational messages may also be sent to a contact who has opted in.
This is not advertising, promotions, lead generation, cold outreach, a purchased contact list, or public mass messaging. There is no public digital or paper sign-up form for this program.

The account owner personally authorizes each contact who may text Bode. An authorized contact opts in by sending the first message to the number above. Consent is given by that inbound message, not by a website form. A previously opted-out contact may rejoin by texting START or YES.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation message: "You've been unsubscribed from Bode (Jason Grebe's personal assistant) and won't receive further texts. Reply START to resubscribe."
Reply HELP at any time. You will receive: "Bode is Jason Grebe's personal AI assistant. This is a private, low-volume line, not a business or marketing account. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Wireless carriers may delay, filter, or fail to deliver some messages. Bode does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of every message.
