Bode is a private, low-volume personal AI assistant operated by Jason Grebe (XAOS1000). This policy explains how information connected to Bode's SMS program is handled.
Depending on the feature used, Bode may process contact information, phone numbers, message content, and other information intentionally supplied to or connected with the assistant.
Information is used to operate the requested assistant features, deliver messages, maintain reliability and security, troubleshoot problems, and preserve requested conversation context.
Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging service. This data may be shared only with service providers directly needed to deliver the messaging service itself — for example, the messaging platform provider and telecommunications carriers.
All other data-sharing described anywhere else for Bode excludes SMS opt-in data and consent for any third-party promotional or marketing use.
Bode retains service records needed for operation, troubleshooting, and conversation continuity. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards restrict access to authorized systems and users.
